German Asset Management is now GxP Asset Management
On June 8, 2016, the Berlin-based German Asset Management GmbH relaunched as GxP Asset Management GmbH (GxP). The new name represents a further step in the company‘s strategic brand realignment, and emphasises it‘s investment focus on German (G = German) commercial property (P = properties).
GxP Asset Management is headquartered in Berlin and focuses on the acquisition and asset management of office and retail properties in Germany. The company targets its investments at attractive commercial properties in the core-plus and value-add segments in Germany‘s major metropolitan regions and selected medium-sized cities. GxP takes an active approach to managing its portfolio of properties in order to leverage significant value appreciation potentials and deliver sustainable increases in rental incomes. In doing so, the company draws on its comprehensive real estate market experience and its extensive network within the industry. Since its founding in 2015, GxP Asset Management has invested around €150 million in intrinsically valuable German property.

German Asset Management (GAM) is an investment and asset management company with a focus on commercial property investments in Germany's metropolitan regions and selected B cities. The company's immediate target is to develop a property portfolio with a combined value in the mid hundreds of millions of euros. GAM acquires properties in the core-plus and value-add segment. Since its founding in 2015, GAM has invested around €150 million in office and retail properties in Germany. These properties are located across the whole of the country, in cities such as Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Erfurt and Hannover. German Asset Management's Managing Directors are Rainer Schorr and Andreas Lewandowski. Between them, they have amassed decades of experience in the property investment sector.
